How payment works
Prices are net. 25 % MVA is added at checkout, for businesses too, because Archi Systems AS is a Norwegian company.
Companies outside Norway are billed in EUR. EU businesses pay net under the reverse-charge rules. An EU order needs a VAT number that validates in VIES; without one we cannot accept the order. Sales outside the EU and Norway carry no Norwegian VAT. Any tax your country levies on the purchase is yours to account for.
Payment in full at order, through Mollie, using a method offered on Mollie's payment page. Your invoice is ready as soon as payment clears.
Term: 1 year. 2- and 3-year terms are not offered: maximum certificate validity is 459 days, so a multi-year purchase would be a sequence of certificates.
Billing questions
How does MVA work for a Norwegian company?
Archi Systems AS is a Norwegian company, so 25 % MVA is charged on sales to Norwegian customers, businesses included. Prices are shown net; the MVA line and the total appear at checkout and on the invoice.
What happens if the certificate cannot be issued?
You get the full amount back, MVA included. We issue a credit memo against the original invoice and refund through Mollie to the payment method you used.
When is the invoice issued?
As soon as the payment clears. The payment receipt email we send gives the invoice number and the total. The invoice is a PDF, with a JSON file carrying the same figures.
Can I pay by invoice?
No. Payment is due in full when you order and is made through Mollie, using a method offered on Mollie's payment page.
Tell us what you need to sign and we will tell you which certificate applies — or say no, if none of them do.
