Five steps, three parties. Klarseal sells, invoices and tracks the order. Certum validates your company and issues the certificate. You approve, prove your identity and sign.

  1. You order

    Choose Standard or EV, enter your organisation number, confirm who approves and who will use the certificate.

  2. We pre-check

    We fetch your registry record, and Certum confirms the application is complete. Then you pay.

  3. Certum validates

    Certum checks the company against the registry and its own rules. Any document requests come from Certum and go directly to Certum.

  4. Identity check

    The person named on the order confirms their identity in a short video session with Certum’s provider. We tell you what to have ready.

  5. Issued and ready

    Certum issues the certificate into your SimplySign account. Install the app, sign your first file, and we show you how.

On timing

We do not promise an issuance time, because the clock depends on Certum’s document review and on when the named person completes the identity check. Complete applications don’t wait. We make sure yours enters complete.
